Family members and loved ones may honor a service member from any branch of the military with a street banner. The banner will be prominently displayed on Liberty Way in Lincoln at this time. If the program grows the banner could be moved to other streets. All Banners must be in by March 31st of the current year in order to be displayed for that year.
